This August, the hosts are TCB — that’s Taking Care of Baking — to tackle some of their #20for20 baking resolutions. They’re taking turns hosting bite-sized episodes to see you through the dog days of summer.

This week, Stefin tackles the last of her #20for20 baking resolutions by creating an original cookie butter cupcake. After tasting Costa Coffee’s limited-edition Biscoff Muffin in the fall of 2019, Stefin vowed to create her own original recipe, and, after several attempts, thinks she finally hit the nail on the head. A young taste-tester reviewed these moist and spicy cupcakes thusly: “They’re so good! They taste just like Biscoff cookies!”
